  • Get to Know You: We’ll talk about your eating habits, goals, kitchen strengths and struggles. 
  • Behind the Scenes: Based on what we talked about and your goals, I’ll create a routine that’ll fit seamlessly into your week. 
  • In the Kitchen: This is where the magic happens. Together, we’ll create your first meal plan, grocery shop, and cook one of your meals.
  • Follow-up: We’ll have 4 follow-up video calls celebrating your wins and navigate through what’s not working.
