In Home Cooks Club, you’ll see that healthy food isn’t just bitter greens or sad recipes, cooking doesn't have to feel like a chore, and that you can make some of the best damn food you’ve ever eaten!

1:1 Coaching

So much of what’s missing in the world of nutrition are the skills to execute it. 

Unless you grew up in a household where meal planning, cooking, and making food work for you was taught, these are skills that many of us never learned; making it hard to understand how to fit food into your lifestyle. 

In addition, the food, marketing, and health industries have made it extremely hard to know what to eat and what is “healthy’”. 

Put the two together and you have a very confused and frustrated human eating lackluster food. 

That’s where I come in!

Working together, you’ll learn:

  • How to look past the “nutritional” noise and discover what really makes a difference.
  • The skills to help you fit food into your schedule, making food work for you and not the other way around.
  • How to make really great food, from incorporating more diversity to increasing your kitchen confidence.

What does coaching look like?

  • Get to Know You: We’ll talk about your eating habits, goals, kitchen strengths and struggles. 
  • Behind the scenes: Based on what we talked about and your goals, I’ll have identified areas where change can be made and come up with different strategies to achieve that.  
  • 3 in-person meetings: This is where the magic happens. We'll cover topics including implementing routine changes, meal planning, grocery shopping, and cooking a meal together! You'll also gain access to my private online community. 
  • Follow-up: We’ll have 4 follow-up video calls discussing what's working and what's not, continuing to tweak your routine until it fits seamlessly into your life.
